當前，國內(nèi)疫情多點散發(fā)并局部聚集性疫情爆發(fā)，本土新增感染人數(shù)迅速增加，疫情防控形勢復雜嚴峻。為進一步做好疫情防控工作，保障您和家人的健康，溫馨提示如下：

The current domestic COVID-19 presented a multi-point distribution and local outbreak intertwined situation. The number of new infections in China is increasing rapidly, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is complex and severe. In order to further prevent and control the epidemic and protect you and your family's health, the warm tips are as follows:

一、配合屬地管控。請您遵守各級政府、所在社區(qū)和本單位的疫情防控管理規(guī)定，密切關(guān)注官方發(fā)布的疫情動態(tài)信息，科學理性應(yīng)對疫情，不信謠、不傳謠。

1. Cooperation with district control. Please abide by the epidemic prevention and control management regulations of governments at all levels, communities and units. Pay close attention to the dynamic information of the epidemic released by the government. Respond to the outbreak of epidemic scientifically and rationally, and do not believe or spread rumors.

二、做好個人防護。請您保持良好的衛(wèi)生習慣，堅持佩戴口罩，主動接種新冠疫苗及加強針。做好健康監(jiān)測，若出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、干咳、乏力、嗅（味）覺減退等新冠肺炎可疑癥狀，在做好自我防護的基礎(chǔ)上速去發(fā)熱門診就醫(yī)，并及時與所在社區(qū)、單位防疫工作人員取得聯(lián)系。

2. Everyday preventive actions. Please maintain good health habits, keep wearing masks, and receive COVID-19 vaccination and COVID-19 booster vaccination voluntarily . Do covid-19 health monitoring. If there are fever, dry cough, fatigue, hypoesthesia of smell (taste), or other suspicious symptoms, you should go to the fever clinic to get medical treatment on the basis of self-protection, and inform your community and your employer immediately.

三、減少出行活動。請您近期盡量避免前往人員密集場所，減少聚會聚餐等集體活動。倡導非必要不出行，特別是不前往中高風險地區(qū)和涉疫地區(qū)。確需出行的，提前向單位報備，全程做好防護，返回后，配合落實疫情防控各項措施。

3. Restrict activities outside. Recently please avoid crowded places and group activities such as parties. Non-essential travel is strongly discouraged, especially to medium and high-risk areas and epidemic related areas. If you have to go out, you must report to your employer in advance, do a good job of protection when traveling , and cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures after return.
